Can't get the text message

If you don't receive the SMS from Tencent, there may be the following situations:

1, Tencent system problems, you can contact Tencent customer service to understand;

2. If your mobile phone has software to block spam messages, it may be blocked if you don't hear from Tencent. I suggest you enter the software that blocks short messages.

3. In addition to Tencent SMS, I suggest you also check whether other SMS can't be received. If you can't receive other short messages, you may not receive short messages for the following reasons:

1) You can check whether the mailbox is full first. If it is full, please delete some information.

2) If it is still not received after deletion, you can change the machine or card to see if it is a hardware factor;

3) After eliminating the above reasons, you can try to test whether it can be received in other places to see if it is the reason for the weak local signal.
