How to appeal when Mo Mo retrieves the password?

There are two ways for Momo to retrieve password complaints:

1. You can appeal to retrieve the password through the mobile phone verification code;

You can request to get your password back by email.

The method for applying for a password through the mobile phone verification code comprises the following steps:

1. Open Momo on your mobile phone and click Forgot Password.

2. Enter the mobile phone number filled in when registering, and click Next.

3. Send SMS using the registered mobile phone number as required, verify the mobile phone, accept the verification code input, submit and set a new password, that is, the appeal is successful;

The method and steps to retrieve the password through email appeal are as follows:

1. Open Momo on your mobile phone and click Forgot Password.

2. Select the mailbox to retrieve.

3. Enter the mailbox that has been bound to Momo, open the mailbox on the computer for verification, and reset Momo's password successfully.
