For example, it is clearly stipulated that the turn signal should be turned on when the electric bicycle turns; If there is no turn signal, you should turn on the premise of ensuring safety. When driving at night without street lights, poor lighting or in case of fog, haze, rain and other low visibility, you should turn on the headlights. Electric bicycles and motorized wheelchairs for the disabled shall not be equipped with umbrellas or hoods. Electric bicycles, wheelchairs for the disabled and motor tricycles shall not be equipped with driving devices exceeding the power standards prescribed by the state.

At the same time, the "Regulations" stipulate that non-motor vehicles do not follow the signal lights, and drivers of electric bicycles and disabled wheelchairs use communication tools manually, and they will be fined in 50 yuan.

The speed of dump trucks in the built-up area shall not exceed 40 kilometers per hour.

The "Regulations" clarify that in the urban built-up areas, motor vehicles transporting building materials such as muck, sand and gravel or construction waste shall pass according to the time and route designated by the relevant departments, and the speed shall not exceed 40 kilometers per hour.

In order to better control the drag racing behavior, the "Regulations" clarified the traffic behaviors that endanger road safety and are not allowed to drive motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles on the road, and made corresponding legal responsibilities for these behaviors. For example, violations of driving motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles on the road, mutual chasing, competitions, competitions, driving performances and other behaviors that endanger road traffic safety are prohibited. If it belongs to a non-motor vehicle, it shall be fined in 200 yuan; Belonging to motor vehicles, a fine of 2000 yuan; If the circumstances are serious enough to constitute a crime, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.

In recent years, a new problem of road parking is that many parking spaces are occupied by vehicles that have been parked for a long time, and it is difficult to find owners without paying fees, commonly known as "zombie car". However, the law does not define and explain what zombie car is, how long it takes to stop, what area belongs to zombie car, and even whether it is illegal to stop "zombie car".

The "Regulations" incorporate the rectification of "zombie car" into the regulations, and clearly stipulate that vehicles parked in road parking spaces should be parked according to the time limit, and shall not exceed the time indicated by stop signs and markings. Without time-limited signs and markings, the continuous parking time shall not exceed 72 hours. If the vehicle is parked beyond the time limit, the traffic management department of the public security organ can deal with it in time according to the illegal parking, so that the vehicle can be solved before it becomes a "zombie car".

In terms of handling procedures, the "Regulations" stipulate that when the traffic police find that the motor vehicle violates the time limit, they should first take photos to collect evidence, paste the service period of the parking space, and notify the owner of the motor vehicle to leave the motor vehicle within 24 hours by phone or text message. If the parties have any objection to the identification of the traffic police, they can make statements and arguments after receiving the notice, so as to prevent the possibility of misjudgment to the maximum extent. If the vehicle owner fails to leave after being notified, or fails to provide contact information as required, it shall be handled by the traffic management department of the public security organ according to law.

Some illegal acts will be included in the management of personal credit records.

Article 65 These Regulations shall come into force on August 1 day, 2065.
