I. Park activities

By holding various types of activities, the social visibility of the creative park will be improved. At the same time, all kinds of investment information are interspersed in various activities. For example, setting up an investment promotion booth at the Jade Exhibition and sending people to distribute publicity materials on the spot will play a positive role in promoting the brand promotion and investment promotion of the park.

Second, the old customer relationship maintenance

In order to maintain the relationship between old customers, understand the needs of old customers, promote the brand of Creative Park, and promote the investment strategy of "Old customers bring new customers", China Merchants Center and Enterprise Publicity Center began to maintain the relationship between old customers in the park from 165438+ 10, mainly from three aspects: customer survey, solicitation of investment slogans and comprehensive investment incentives.

(A) customer research activities in the park

The customer survey in the park starts from two angles: business owners and white-collar workers in the park. On the one hand, conduct in-depth interviews with corporate executives through targeted invitations or home visits; On the other hand, a questionnaire was set up to carry out public questionnaire survey activities for white-collar workers in the park. See annex 1 for the contents of the questionnaire.

At present, the public questionnaire survey has ended, and the questionnaire statistics and result analysis are still in urgent progress. The detailed customer survey report will be submitted on June 5438+065438+1October 65438+.

(2) Solicitation of investment slogans

In order to let the park personnel know more about the future planning and development of Foshan Creative Industry Park and promote the investment promotion process of the two parks, we will carry out the "Invitation for Investment Slogans of Foshan Creative Industry Park" to encourage all park personnel to participate in the investment promotion of Foshan Creative Industry Park.

Five, outdoor billboards

To this end, we redesigned the outdoor billboard according to the slogan of "Winter is coming, and the creative park has prepared a house for you to spend the winter" put forward by the chairman, combined with the advertising demands of the current investment process. At present, the first draft of the outdoor billboard design of "Winter is Coming" has been designed. In order to improve the personal quality and investment skills of the investment promotion team in Foshan Creative Industry Park, the Investment Promotion Center recently strengthened the internal job training for investment promotion personnel. In addition to holding regular departmental meetings every Monday, internal training is often organized for departmental personnel to learn various investment promotion skills and business cases.

In order to make the investment promotion team more familiar with the market and customers, the investment promotion center encourages everyone to adopt the strategy of "going out" and often go to major office buildings, professional stores, potential target customers and other places to "sweep the building" and "step on the spot". In the process of "sweeping the building" and "stepping on the spot", the investment promotion team will not only distribute promotional materials, but also communicate with customers and conduct customer research.
