The phone doesn't ring for the time being.

If the phone is silent, it is suggested that:

1. Adjust the keys on the side volume keys to increase the volume.

2. If your machine supports turning off all sound functions, it is recommended to enter Settings-Auxiliary Functions-(Listening/Listening)-Turn off all sounds-turn off this function.

3. Try to turn off the phone and restart it.

4. Try to update the mobile phone system version: Settings-About the mobile phone (about the device)-Download the update manually/automatically (software update/system update-update). Note: Please back up the data in the device before upgrading.

5. If it is the latest version, please back up the data (contacts, information, pictures, etc. ) and then try to restore the factory settings.
