If the debit card short message service of Agricultural Bank of China has not been charged monthly and has not been charged for three consecutive months, the system will no longer automatically charge monthly and stop sending short messages. You can open the message service through the counter, online banking and bank payment, and you only need to pay the monthly usage fee. If you cancel after the arrears, you need to pay a one-month message service fee.

The specific payment method of message service fee is as follows:

Counter: Please bring your valid ID card and bank card with SMS service to any ABC outlet in China to pay the fee.

Online Banking: Please log in to personal online banking and click "Settings → Message Service → Message Service Payment" (this menu can only be seen if you are in arrears).

Zhang Yin: Log in to Zhang Yin APP and click "All → Local → Message Service → Payment" (Supplementary payment service is currently applicable to KBao and KLing customers).
