Content: The preliminary design of the 215 water conservancy and soil conservation project in Shenchi County, the second phase of Beijing-Tianjin sandstorm source control project, has been approved by Xinzhou Water Conservancy Bureau with the document Xin Shui Fa [216] No.47, the source of funds has been confirmed, and the supervision unit has determined that it is qualified for construction bidding. Entrusted by the tenderee Shenchi County Water Conservancy and Soil Conservation Engineering Construction Project Department (hereinafter referred to as the Employer), Shanxi Huapu Engineering Bidding Agency Co., Ltd., as the bidding agent, conducts domestic public bidding for this project, and invites potential bidders who are willing to undertake this project to bid.

Two water-saving projects, including a newly-built 1m 3 reservoir, 765m of DN8 steel pipe for water lifting pipeline, 1,4 m of plastic pipe for water delivery pipeline ∮63PE, 28 water supply plugs, 2 supporting pumps, 1 pump house, 1 valve well and .6km of low-voltage line.

II. Qualification requirements

A potential bidder should meet the following conditions at the same time:

1. It has the qualification of an independent legal person;

2. Have the qualification of general contracting of water conservancy and hydropower projects above Grade III (including Grade III);

3. Have a safety production license;

4. Quality and ability requirements of key personnel: the proposed project manager and full-time safety administrator must have valid safety production assessment certificates issued by the water administrative department, the project manager must hold the builder's registration certificate (water conservancy and hydropower), the technical director must meet the professional requirements and obtain intermediate or above technical titles, and all major positions must meet the conditions for holding certificates;

5. Have the performance of contracting similar projects;

6. The enterprise has a good reputation and financial status, and there is no bad performance record;

7, the main construction machinery must meet the requirements of this project;

8. The consortium bid is not accepted in this tender;

9. A statement that there are no major illegal records in business activities in the three years before participating in this tender (proof of the inquiry results of bribery crime files issued by the people's procuratorate).

III. Bidding registration and sale of bidding documents

The bidding registration and sale of bidding documents will be held in Xinzhou City from March 7, 2 16 to March 11, 216 (excluding holidays) from 9: am to 11:3 am (Beijing time, the same below) and from 15:3 pm to 17:3 pm.

All the above documents need to be provided with two sets of originals for examination and copy, and all originals will be photographed and filed on site. Retained copies are required to be stamped with official seals.
