Here's how parents can query vaccine information without using mobile phones.

1. First, open Alipay in your mobile phone and find the health code, as shown in the figure below.

2. Then click "View Now", as shown in the figure below.

3. Then click Add Family Members on the right, as shown in the figure below.

4. Then click the+sign to add family information.

5. Finally, at the bottom, click COVID-19 Vaccination Information Inquiry to inquire about parents' vaccine information.
