Notes when sending airmail to the airport:

1. Our company will notify the shipper and consignee via text message 2 hours before the plane takes off! Inform the bill of lading number, flight number and pick-up phone number! The goods can usually be picked up 2 hours after the plane lands.

2. The consignee should go to the pick-up office designated by our company to complete the pick-up procedures and pay all payable fees (the other party's airport landing fee and operating fee).

3. Customers who pick up the goods at the other party's airport: need to provide original documents to pick up the goods: identity, certificate/driver's license/passport, passport (if you do not pick up the goods in person: bring the original person's certificate and the agent's certificate together) pick up the goods).

4. During the transportation and storage of general goods, the costs incurred by the carrier in taking protective measures shall be paid by the shipper or consignee.
