Express my heartfelt thanks to you! But the situation of epidemic prevention and control is really complicated, and most of them are asymptomatic. Only through rounds of nucleic acid screening can the potential risks be completely eliminated and the transmission chain be cut off. I believe that in this "land of dragons", everyone will work together in Qi Xin to protect our "reputation city". After careful consideration, it was decided to continue to carry out complementary nucleic acid detection in the whole city for six consecutive days from March 23rd to March 28th. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, make-up time

From March 23rd to March 28th, from 7: 00 am to 65438+ 7: 00 pm every day; Long-term spot measurement time is extended to 265438+ 0: 00 at night.

Second, the scope of makeup investigators

Persons who have not been detected for five times within the jurisdiction of each town and street, including permanent population, floating population and temporary population, shall be supplemented for five times according to the principle of missing 1 time and supplementing 1 time.

Third, the location of the investigation

On March 23rd, nucleic acid detection added 186 loci. See Annex 2 for the specific location. On March 24th, 57 new nucleic acid stations were added. See Annex 3 for specific locations. If there are any changes in the later detection points, they will be announced by the towns and streets respectively.

Fourth, the sampling requirements

Members of the public are required to wear masks and prepare electronic health codes for sampling points. Portable ID cards that cannot provide electronic health codes can be registered for nucleic acid testing. When the health code fails, the escape QR code can be generated according to the guidance of the staff at the sampling point for scanning and recording. See the attachment for the use process of escape QR code. During the inspection, please obey the arrangement of the staff and cooperate with the information input. After vaccination with COVID-19 vaccine, do not go to the nucleic acid sampling point for nucleic acid detection within 48 hours, and the interval between each nucleic acid detection should be 24 hours. Citizens who need to be vaccinated in the near future should be vaccinated after completing nucleic acid testing. No eating 2 hours before sampling, no smoking, drinking or chewing gum 30 minutes before sampling.

1. No new nucleic acid detection marks will be issued in this round of supplementary nucleic acid detection. However, for those who have not got the fourth and fifth rounds of nucleic acid testing marks, after this round of supplementary testing, the staff of towns and blocks will issue the fourth or fifth rounds of testing marks according to the actual situation.

2. Please queue up in a civilized and orderly manner, keep a safe distance of 1 m, wear masks at all times and do personal protection.

3 old, weak, sick, pregnant, infants and other special groups should be given priority to sampling.

4. Those who have symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, decreased sense of smell and taste, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia, diarrhea, etc. should take the initiative to report to the village resident, postpone going to the nucleic acid sampling point, and arrange sampling according to towns and blocks.

Please leave immediately after sampling, and don't stay at the sampling site for a long time.

Sixth, warm tips:

Due to the need of epidemic prevention and control, it is the authority given to the government by the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases in People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Law on Emergency Response in People's Republic of China (PRC), and it is also the legal obligation of every citizen. For those who are included in the scope of nucleic acid detection, they refuse to participate in the unified organization of all-staff nucleic acid detection, and they are suspected of violating Article 51 of the Emergency Regulations on Public Health Emergencies and Article 50 of the People's Republic of China (PRC) Public Security Management Punishment Law, which constitutes a violation of public security management, and the public security organs will punish them according to law; Anyone suspected of violating Article 330th of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), which constitutes a crime, will be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law. In the near future, in order to do a good job in the supplementary detection of nucleic acid detection, according to the information pushed by big data, community workers and volunteers may know about the situation of nucleic acid detection at any time through door-to-door, telephone, SMS and other means during the detection process.
