Wechat sent a verification application message to add friends, but the other party did not receive it for the following reasons:

Micro-signals may be reported and degraded invisibly; It may also be caused by too frequent operation or busy network; Therefore, the function of adding friends is blocked;

Check the cause and solution by the following steps:

Open wechat-click the "I" option-and then click "wallet"

Enter the "wallet" interface, click "..."-select "Help Center"

Enter the Help Center-click "Contact Customer Service" at the bottom of the interface.

Then the dialogue window of "Tencent Customer Service" will pop up, enter the question that needs to be consulted: "WeChat plus friends can't receive the verification information", and you will receive the reply reason and solution.
