How to design electronic signature

There are three design methods of electronic signature: designing electronic signature with Word file, making electronic signature with PPT and making electronic signature with PS.

Designing electronic signature with Word file;

1, take out a piece of white paper, sign your name on the paper, and take a photo of your handwritten signature with your mobile phone.

2. Open the file to be signed with Word, and click "Insert >; Illustration > picture "to select the signed picture that has been written, and the size of the picture can be adjusted after insertion.

3. click the menu "format >; Color > black and white. "

4. click the menu "format >; Color > recolor > set transparent color ",after the mouse becomes a pen, click on the white part of the picture, so that the white background will be automatically removed, set the picture format as" floating above the text ",and finally drag the picture to the signature to adjust the size. The transparent color here is to remove interference, because only after black and white processing, some words will be blurred, that is, the background will be stained. This operation can remove stains. )

5. When using, you can set the inserted signature to "float above the text", and then use the mouse to adjust the position in front of the handwriting.

Making electronic signature with PPT;

1, create a new PPT and import a picture:

Open PowerPoint, create a new blank document, and then insert->; Picture-> The inserted picture is from this device.

2, the picture rotation cropping:

Select the imported picture, and then rotate and crop it under' picture format', telling you that your signature is correct, and cut it into only your signature.

3. Contrast setting:

Right-click the picture, select Picture Format, and then set the contrast to the maximum value of 100% under Picture Correction.

4. Effect optimization: Select the picture, then select the set transparent color among the colors in the picture format, and then click our signature. At this point, our signature is transparent. Similarly, right-click the picture and select Save As Picture.

PS makes electronic signature:

1, import pictures.

2. Select the signature area, and then open the toolbar to select-> Color range.

3. Then select' straw' in the toolbar on the left, and then click on the black area of the signature to get the effect shown below.

4. Then use the shortcut key Ctrl+J to create a new layer, and then click the small eye hidden in front of the background to get the view of our layer 1.

5. After completing the above steps, click File-> Export as, select the format to export. Taking exporting png as an example, we can also set the width and height of the export and the quality of the export, and then click Save.

Brief introduction and function of electronic signature;

Electronic signature is an electronic code that can be used to verify the sender's signature or identity on the Internet. Any electronic technical means that can prove the identity of the parties in electronic communication and approve the contents of documents can be called electronic signature.
