Handan mayor hotline

According to the arrangement of the municipal party committee and the municipal government, Handan Municipal Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau actively coordinated with other relevant departments at the municipal level, and constantly increased the hotline integration. On the original basis, in June, nine government hotlines, such as 12329 (provident fund hotline) and 12350 (safety production hotline), were integrated into mass service hotlines in two batches, realizing the trial operation of grid connection and the first external service.

As long as people dial 12345, they can ask for advice and complain about other problems except 1 10,19 and 120. At present, the integration of Handan government hotline is at the leading level in the whole province.

Scope:

Accept all kinds of non-emergency needs of enterprises and the masses, including consultation, help-seeking, complaints, reports and suggestions in the fields of economic regulation, market supervision, social management, public services and ecological environmental protection. Do not accept matters that must be solved through litigation, arbitration, discipline inspection and supervision, administrative reconsideration, government information disclosure and other procedures, matters that have entered the petition channel, matters involving state secrets, commercial secrets, personal privacy and violations of social public order and good customs.
