Know-it-all passed the examination of no criminal certificate. Text messages have no reason. There is only one standard paper certificate format. How to deal with:

1. Download the know-it-all app.

2. Register and log in as a know-it-all, enter the record without criminal proof in the search box on the home page to search and select related services.

3. Select the specific circumstances of issuing a certificate of no criminal record, click to enter the application processing page, fill in and upload relevant information, and click Submit Application to complete online application processing.

4. After submitting the application online, you can check the application progress online by selecting My Processing on the processing page.
