The pictures of mobile phone software applications have been saved in the photo album, but they can't be found in the photo album. It's been like this for several days, and it's no use restarting it.

If there are no photos in the mobile phone album or the photos are automatically lost, it is suggested that:

1. Enter Album-Click the arrow (or box) in the upper left corner to select Album or View All.

2. Check whether the folder where photos are stored is hidden: Applications-My Files -DCIM- Camera-More-Show hidden folders.

3. If the phone supports inserting a memory card, please check whether the camera photo storage path is set to SD card. If so, please check whether the mobile phone has recognized the SD card.

4. If you still can't find the photos in the album after the above operations, it is recommended to take a new photo. If you can view it, but the previous photo is not displayed, it may be caused by deleting the photo by mistake.

5. If the newly taken photos still can't appear in the photo album, please back up the data in the mobile phone and try to restore the machine to the factory settings.

6. If not, please bring the purchase invoice, maintenance card and machine to Samsung Service Center for inspection.
