16 years old or older, you must bring your valid ID card, passbook or debit card for SMS pre-service, and mobile phone (you need to send SMS verification code to the new mobile phone number when changing) to the national network outlet of Bank of China, and you are not allowed to do it on your behalf.

/kloc-For persons under the age of 0/6, the guardian shall handle the SMS notification service for account change. The guardian shall be a citizen over 18 years old with full capacity for civil conduct. When handling business, the guardian should issue a household registration book or other proof materials to prove his guardian's identity, and sign relevant agreements at the "agent" of the application form.
