The feeling and speech speed of the audition sample produced by Party B shall be reviewed and confirmed by Party A, and after the written confirmation by Party A, Party B can complete the recording according to the style of the audition sample.

4. Dubbing time: If Party A needs dubbing, it shall send a dubbing recording demand sheet to Party B one day in advance. After confirmation by both parties, Party B shall complete the recording within two working days and deliver the completed audio to Party A in MP3 or WAV format.

5. Post-synthesis: Post-synthesis will be carried out after the dubbing part is confirmed by Party A, and Party B is not responsible for editing, modifying, matching and producing simple music.

Third, the protection of rights:

Party A and Party B confirm that all copyrights involved in dubbing sound recording are owned by Party A, and Party A has the right to use the sound recording products worldwide in any way. Party B guarantees that the finished dubbing products provided to Party A have been authorized by the dubbing recorder, and Party A's right to use the recorded products is not flawed. Fourth, dubbing and production costs:
