First, there is no need to leave. From April/KLOC-0 to April 4, the broad masses of the people in the county don't have to leave Yingying. If they really need to leave Yingying, they must report to their communities (units) and destination communities (units) on their own initiative with a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours. Drivers and passengers of vehicles entering Yingying must hold a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate, and they will be persuaded to return without a valid certificate.

Second, strengthen school management and control. From April 1 day, except for the third grade (closed management), offline teaching in all kinds of schools (including off-campus training institutions) in the county was suspended for 2 days, online teaching was carried out simultaneously, and offline teaching time was resumed. Further notice will be given according to the epidemic situation.

Third, strict traffic control. Implement traffic control on all entrances and exits of expressways and national and provincial trunk lines in the county. If it is really necessary to carry out a "two-code" inspection of tourists, antigen+nucleic acid detection should be carried out at the entrance and exit, and local control measures should be taken for returnees and those with abnormal health codes in high-risk areas involved in the epidemic.

Fourth, strictly control key places. Farmers' markets, supermarkets, pharmacies and other living service places must strictly implement epidemic prevention and control measures. Theaters, mahjong parlors, chess rooms, Internet cafes, bars, KTV, game halls, fitness centers, indoor swimming pools, indoor places in scenic parks, bathing centers, massage parlors, beauty salons and religious places are closed. The county's nursing homes, mental hospitals, welfare homes, nursing homes, prisons and other key places are closed for management.

5. Prevent crowds from gathering. All kinds of commercial organizations should suspend offline large-scale gatherings, exhibitions, promotions and other activities. Strictly abide by the rules of "postponed wedding, simple funeral and no banquet".

What do individuals need to do in an epidemic? Strengthen personal protection. The broad masses of people should participate in nucleic acid testing in an orderly manner as required; Adhere to good habits such as frequent hand washing, frequent ventilation, using public chopsticks and not having dinner, and do a good job in self-health monitoring.
