In principle, the activation SMS fee that has been normally charged before the official launch of this automatic reduction and exemption policy will not be refunded. If customer complaints are strong, the municipal company can reduce them manually as appropriate.

Fourth, job requirements

(1) Please ask the municipal company, the district customer service marketing center and the district group customer company to seriously implement the above requirements to ensure the timeliness and consistency of information obtained by the contact points of each channel during the customer consultation process.
