What about violations caused by traffic control?

Pay a fine in violation of regulations: within one month after receiving the short message of violation notice (there is no short message for the illegal act caught on the spot), bring the corresponding documents to the traffic police team that made the violation, issue a penalty decision, and pay the fine at the designated bank with the penalty decision.

Legal objectivity:

Article 108 of the Road Traffic Safety Law, the parties concerned shall pay the fine at the designated bank within 15 days from the date of receiving the decision on administrative penalty for fine. If the parties have no objection to the fines imposed on pedestrians, passengers and non-motor vehicle drivers, they may collect the fines on the spot.
