How to return the goods and pick them up at home?

1, open the shopping platform, and find the goods to be returned on the received or confirmed receipt order page;

2. On the page of commodity order details, click Apply for after-sales, switch to the page of applying for return, and click on the appointment express delivery to pick up the goods;

3. On the pick-up time and address confirmation page, select the pick-up time and fill in the recipient information, and wait for the courier to contact after submitting the return application.
