What if Apple forgets its id?

You can do the following to retrieve the ID:

Go to My Apple ID, and then click Manage Your Account. On the login page, click Forgot Apple ID?

Fill in all required fields that may be related to Apple ID. (If multiple email addresses should have an Apple ID, please select the current or latest email address. )

3. Click Next and you will see two options. Choose "option 1" to ask Apple to send an email, or choose "option 2" to answer the security question set when the Apple ID was originally created.

4. You will see the option to reset the Apple ID password through the link in the email or by answering the security question. The Apple ID will be displayed in bold.

5. Password reset is completed.
