2. Choose to do things online here.

3. Then click here to inquire about personal social insurance information.

4. Enter your ID number and computer number, and submit the inquiry.

You can take your ID card to the social security bureaus in various districts of Shenzhen, or you can go to the designated pharmacy of social security and call the cashier of the pharmacy to ask them for help. Call the local social security hotline for enquiries.
