How does Fetion send short messages to mobile phones whether online or not?

If the other party is not online, send the content directly and send it to the other party's mobile phone in the form of short message;

If the other person is online but wants to send a message, you can double-click the object you want to send first, and at the top of the chat window, select "SMS" to send. Click on a small white envelope (maybe the third icon on the upper right) to send it.
