How does WeChat set the balance change reminder?

First, open WeChat and pay attention to the WeChat public platform of the bank where you want to apply for a bank card. After success, WeChat will automatically receive the welcome message from the official WeChat account, click on the micro-loan at the bottom of the dialogue window, and then select my debit card.
