4, ruling and execution

After examination, if the applicant's application meets the requirements, it shall be granted by ruling; If the applicant does not meet the requirements, it shall issue a notice of assistance in execution to the relevant departments, implement residential surveillance at border ports, or directly detain the applicant's identity card and passport, and notify the relevant public security frontier departments.

According to Article 8 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) Municipality on the Administration of Exit and Entry of Citizens, exit shall not be approved under any of the following circumstances.

1, defendants in criminal cases and criminal suspects identified by public security organs or people's procuratorates and people's courts;
