How to cancel SF's order?

1. Log in to SF official website or the mobile APP to enter the order page where the order has been placed.

2. Find the order to cancel, and click Cancel or Delete.

3. Confirm the operation of canceling the order according to the system prompt.

If the order can't be cancelled, it may be because the order has been taken away by the courier or has arrived at the destination. In this case, you can contact SF customer service and ask if you can cancel the order.
