According to the control measures of "Medical Observation and Three Nucleic Acid Tests", one nucleic acid test will be conducted on the 1st, 4th, and 7th day.

4. For return (arrival) personnel who have a history of staying in low-risk areas within 7 days, the Taiyuan Quarantine Registration Information System will have a blue label, and nucleic acid testing will be completed on arrival twice within 3 days after return (arrival). After the centralized isolation is lifted, point-to-point closed-loop management will be implemented, home health monitoring will be implemented, and a nucleic acid test will be conducted on the 3rd day of home health monitoring. .

7. Returners (arrivals) with travel history in counties (cities, districts) where the epidemic has occurred within 7 days but whose risk level has not been adjusted will be managed in accordance with the prevention and control measures in low-risk areas.

8. The period of isolation medical observation and management is calculated from the time of leaving the risk area, and the investigation time is retroactively 7 days from the date when the local risk level is adjusted.

9. When there is no epidemic in the province, people and vehicles in the province will pass in an orderly manner. In case of abnormality, the corresponding provincial epidemic prevention and control policies will be implemented. People who are not affected by the epidemic in the province do not need to fill in the Taiyuan City Quarantine Registration System when returning, and they must move in an orderly manner and undergo nucleic acid testing in accordance with Taiyuan City's normalization.

10. From September 10 to October 31, 2022, passengers must present a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours to take airplanes, high-speed rails, trains, inter-provincial long-distance buses and other means of transportation.
