My property has been preserved by others. Will the court inform me?

1, the court shall find out the actual owner of the property and be obliged to inform.

2. You can bring a lawsuit to the court from the day you know or should know, and object to the preservation behavior.

As a third party whose property has been preserved, if the applicant mistakenly applied for the preservation of the third party's property, causing losses to the third party, the applicant shall compensate the respondent for the losses suffered by the property preservation.

The Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on whether the party concerned should bear the responsibility for the losses caused by the wrong application for property preservation (Legal Interpretation [2005] 1 1) stipulates that if the party concerned applies for property preservation incorrectly and causes losses to outsiders, it shall be liable for compensation according to law.

3. If the preservation measures taken by the people's court ex officio or improper preservation measures taken by the people's court cause losses to a third party, the people's court shall bear the state compensation liability in accordance with the provisions of the State Compensation Law.

4. When the applicant applies to the court for taking preservation measures, a third party may provide guarantees (including credit guarantees and property guarantees) for the applicant, and may take preservation measures with the permission of the people's court. If the respondent thinks that the property preservation will cause losses to himself, he can provide a guarantee to the court, or a third party can provide a guarantee for him to let the court lift the property preservation.
