This requires supervisors to have a high professional quality and a very comprehensive business content in order to conduct a detailed inspection of each business.
From the initial hurry-scurry to the calm now, I have been able to supervise subpoenas seriously and timely, audit the compliance of various registers, and deal with various unexpected problems in time. The main thing is to strengthen the supervision of important blank voucher management, large amount authorization, account cancellation, loss reporting and other special businesses. In daily life, I often remind and urge tellers to cross-check and check important blank vouchers. As I was transferred from a layman, I was able to find inconsistencies in the business operations of all branches in time, apply the good risk internal control of other branches to the Bank, exchange needed goods, and actively communicate with supervisors and colleagues when encountering problems, so as to minimize the settlement risk. Tellers face customers, supervisors face all front desk tellers, serve front desk tellers and guide their business, and serve as assistant to the director.
