First, the time to report back to school.

Second, the requirements for resumption of study

(1) Students who will not report back to school temporarily

Students in the following circumstances will be suspended from returning to school, and the specific time for returning to school will be notified separately:

1. Students who have lived in the county (district) where the high-risk area is located within 7 days before returning to school;

2. Students who have been identified as close contacts and sub-close contacts by the epidemic prevention and control department before returning to school and have not been released from isolation control;

3. Students with suspected symptoms such as fever, chest tightness, fatigue, dry cough, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat and diarrhea before returning to school;

4. Students whose personal health code is "yellow code" or "red team";

5. Students who need to transfer to counties (districts) where high-risk areas are located on their way back to school (excluding routes).

(2) Review requirements for back-to-school applications

Eligible students submit applications for returning to school according to relevant requirements, and return to school according to the specified time after being approved by their college. Students who have not been approved or passed the examination and approval are not allowed to return to school without authorization.

(3) Prevention and control requirements on the way back to school

Students wear masks all the way back to school, strictly do personal protection, rationally plan routes and modes of transportation, achieve "two points and one line" at home and school, and try not to go to crowded places for activities. If you have fever, sore throat, cough and other symptoms on your way to school, you should take the initiative to report to the school and seek medical treatment nearby in time.

Third, the school prevention and control requirements

1. When students enter the campus, they must check Shaanxi One Code Green Code, Communication Big Data Travel Card, 48-hour nucleic acid test negative certificate and other relevant documents on the spot. After returning to school, if the departure place is determined to be a medium-high risk area, it should be reported to the school in time.

2. In order to strictly implement the relevant requirements of epidemic prevention and control, new and old students are encouraged to report back to the school by themselves, and accompanying personnel and irrelevant personnel outside the school are not allowed to enter the school.

If the epidemic situation changes, the school will adjust the back-to-school time in time and issue a notice according to the latest prevention and control policies of the territory and superiors.
