What cities are there in Wuhan city circle?

Wuhan city circle, also known as Wuhan "1+8" city circle, refers to an urban agglomeration centered on Wuhan, the largest city in Central China, covering eight large and medium-sized cities around Huangshi, Ezhou, Huanggang, Xiaogan, Xianning, Xiantao, Qianjiang and Tianmen. These eight cities, except Tianmen, all have direct highways to Wuhan.

Tianmen city in the picture is located in central Hubei, west of Wuhan. In 2002, Hubei Province incorporated Tianmen City into Wuhan City Circle.

Tianmen city in the picture, as a member of Wuhan city circle, is the only city that has no expressway to Wuhan directly.

Tianmen city in the picture is an east-west city. A dozen towns in the west drive to Wuhan through Suiyue Expressway, then turn at Xiantao, and it takes about three hours to get to Hanyang.

In the picture, it takes three and a half hours from Tianmen to Wuhan, three and a half hours to Jingling City of Hesha Line, and further to Wujing.

The Wuhan city circle in the picture has the expressway entrance from the urban area to Wuhan, and the straight-line distance from Tianmen to Wuhan is 100 km, so we have to take a big turn.

However, the good news came. Wuhan-Tianmen Expressway has been put on the agenda, which is an important part of the planned Wuhan-Yichang Expressway passing through Tianmen. At present, the project has made a breakthrough.
