In order to meet the needs of the majority of candidates, especially the local youth, with the approval of the Provincial Language Committee Office, our city plans to organize three Putonghua proficiency tests in the third quarter of 2022. The specific matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Test object

The examination targets are mainly teachers and other social personnel who need Putonghua proficiency certificates. According to the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Education Order No.51"Management Regulations on Putonghua Proficiency Test" and the current epidemic prevention and control requirements of our city, this test station is limited to candidates from Gansu Province, and candidates from other provinces who live in Longnan City for a long time register with their valid ID cards and residence permits in Gansu Province.

The registration method is unified for online registration. Applicants are requested to log in to the online registration system of Gansu Putonghua Proficiency Test () within the registration time, select the non-tax payment module of the unified public payment platform in the convenience service column, enter the payment identification code and name, and then scan the code to pay through WeChat, Alipay, etc. If you don't receive the payment information this week, you can call 0939-8233596 to ask.

After successful payment, candidates can choose the bill printing function to print their own non-tax invoices. 5. Print the admission ticket online

Sixth, field testing

3. 4. The temperature is above 37.3 degrees, and people with cough symptoms are not allowed to take the test. Candidates must wear masks before entering the examination room, and can decide whether to continue wearing them after entering the examination room.

5. Integrity test requirements: During the test, the staff of quarantine and safety check-in, waiting room, preparation room, invigilator and so on will identify the candidates' photos, admission tickets, ID cards and other personal information, and ask the candidates to sign the integrity test one by one, and resolutely put an end to cheating. Once found to have * or other cheating, cancel the examination qualification on the spot, and deal with it according to the relevant provisions of the Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations.

Seven, results query and certificate collection

1. After 25 working days, candidates log on to the National Putonghua Proficiency Test Information Resource Network (http://www.cltt.org/studentscore) to check their scores, and after 40 working days, they will receive the Putonghua Proficiency Test Grade Certificate with their admission ticket and ID card.

2. Time for obtaining the license: working hours from Monday to Friday (except legal holidays). At the same time, for the convenience of candidates, the Municipal Language Committee Office will contact China Post or SF Express to handle the delivery and payment for candidates, and the Municipal Language Committee Office will not charge any fees.
