Ordinary messages can be sent, but MMS can't be received.

If the machine cannot send MMS, we suggest that you:

1. Check whether MMS service is enabled on the SIM card.

2. Pull down the top curtain of the mobile phone to open the mobile data.

3. Reset MMS parameters: Settings-More Settings (More Networks)-Mobile Network-Mobile Data-Access Point Name-Menu Key-Reset to Default Settings.

4. Try to shut down and restart.

5. Try to replace the SIM card.

6. Try to restore the factory settings after the important data of the mobile phone is backed up: Settings-Reset/Privacy/Personal-Restore the factory settings.
