Why don't some post-95 interviews bring resumes?

Some post-95 interviews don't bring resumes because they are too confident. They may think that interviewers don't need their resumes. They think it is enough to introduce themselves directly to the interviewer. It can be said that this is extremely immature and disrespectful to the interviewer, and it is still not worth advocating.
