Huizhou prevention and control policy

1. Unless necessary, don't go to the local county (district) where the epidemic occurred within 7 days. If it is really necessary to go, report to the local communities and units in advance, and if there is epidemic risk, implement control measures on the spot as required.

2. Wear a mask all the time and cooperate with the staff to check the hygiene code and take the temperature. Passengers are required to travel by plane, high-speed rail, train, inter-provincial long-distance passenger bus, inter-provincial passenger ship and other means of transportation with negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours.

Nucleic acid requirements for Shenzhen to come to Huizhou and leave Huizhou Airport (if there is any change, the latest requirements shall prevail)

From 00: 00 on September 6, 2022:

Passengers who have lived in Shenzhen within 1 and 7 days are required to hold negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, wear masks regularly, show their travel cards and Guangdong red code "green code", and their temperature is normal. They can only enter the terminal after scanning the location code. Huizhou Airport will strengthen the inspection of passenger identity information and travel cards.

2. Inbound Hong Kong passengers with a history of staying in Shenzhen should hold negative nucleic acid tests twice within 48 hours, wear masks regularly, show their travel permits and Guangdong-Hong Kong code "green code", scan the local code, and conduct 100% nucleic acid tests on landing passengers. Passengers who hold two negative certificates within 48 hours and do not accept on-site nucleic acid sampling can scan the place code and register the personnel information before release.

Policies for coming to Huizhou:

Enter local policy:

1. Entry personnel (excluding Macao entry personnel): 7 days of centralized isolation medical observation +3 days of home health monitoring. In the 3-day family health monitoring, the nucleic acid was detected on the 1 day and the 3rd day respectively.

Macao entry personnel: enter the country with a 48-hour negative nucleic acid certificate, complete two nucleic acid tests within 3 days after entry, and do a good job in health monitoring.

2. For those who lived in high-risk areas in the past 7 days, centralized isolation medical observation and control measures were implemented for 7 days (nucleic acid detection was carried out on 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 days respectively);

3. Medical observation and control measures (nucleic acid detection on 1, 4/and 7/respectively) were carried out for people living in moderately dangerous areas for 7 days.

4. People who live in areas or counties with low risk of new epidemic in recent 7 days have completed the landing test, completed the nucleic acid test twice within 3 days after returning to the community, and made self-health monitoring.

5. Those who have lived in Xizang Autonomous Region for nearly 7 days will be monitored at home for 3 days and will not go out during the health monitoring at home. On 1 and 3rd, test 1 times respectively. It is suggested that the nucleic acid detection should be completed on the 5th and 7th day under the guidance.

6. In the past 7 days, there were Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and Qinghai Province; Fuzhou City, Fujian Province; Zhengzhou City, Henan Province; Shaoyang City, Huaihua City and Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province; Wuhan City, Hubei Province; People living in Baiyun District, Haizhu District, Huadu District and Tianhe District of Guangzhou; Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province; Datong City and Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province; Lanzhou City, Gansu Province; Xi 'an, Shaanxi; Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province; In Maonan District of Maoming City, the measures of 3-day home isolation and 4-day home health monitoring were taken, and the nucleic acid of 1, 3, 5 and 7 days was detected.

7. Advocate the Hui people who have lived outside the province to implement "three days, three inspections and three noes" (check nucleic acid once a day for three days, no dinners, no parties, no access to crowded places and no visitors during the period), and do a good job in health monitoring.
