What should Alipay do for my personal property preservation?

Alipay's solution to my personal property preservation;

1. If the Alipay account has passed the Alipay real-name authentication and has a seller record, it cannot be unbound.

2. If the Alipay account has been authenticated, but there is no seller record and there is no ongoing Alipay transaction, please contact Taobao customer service to remove the authentication mark, and then log in to "My Taobao", "Alipay Zone" and "Manage Account" to unbind yourself. After unbinding, you can rebind a new Alipay account in the same path.

3. Alipay account failed to pass the authentication, but there is an ongoing Alipay transaction, which cannot be untied. You need to apply after the transaction is completed.
