As a compulsory education institution, the school makes up lessons for students, which violates the regulations of the education department; Non-compulsory education institutions that make up lessons for students on weekends do not violate the regulations of the education department; Students who receive make-up lessons, whether provided by compulsory education institutions or business education service institutions, are not considered to have violated the regulations of the education department. It is generally illegal to make up lessons at school. So far, the state has not issued a law prohibiting classes on holidays. However, the education administrative departments of various provinces and cities have issued relevant regulations: it is strictly forbidden to organize or disguise primary and secondary school students to make up lessons in winter vacation, not to hold remedial classes in various disciplines, and not to organize or disguise students to participate in cultural classes organized by off-campus training institutions.

1. Schools of all levels and types may not charge commercial insurance premiums. Schools shall not charge students for military training, accommodation, transportation, photography and other expenses during military training;

2. It is strictly forbidden for primary and secondary schools to arrange education and teaching activities in accordance with the requirements of national and provincial curriculum reform, and incorporate teaching management matters into service charges and fees; It is strictly forbidden to use handouts, test papers, electronic reading, computer operation, home-school communication, heating, cooling, drinking water, campus safety, etc. as service charges and charges on behalf of others;

3. Ordinary high school students and children from poor families are exempt from tuition and education fees when enrolled in public schools, and private schools refer to the standards of similar public schools;
