Method 1: As the remittance path, exact amount and date cannot be confirmed, it is impossible to inquire the remitter. It is suggested that you inquire through the remitter and ask the remitter to inquire by cable on the grounds that the payee has not received the money. The remitter will inquire from its original remittance path and will provide accurate remittance number, remittance amount and date. Bank of China will conduct effective inquiry according to the relevant information provided by it.

Method 2: With the remittance voucher of the remitter (including remittance path, amount and date, payee information) and my valid ID, you can also go to the remittance counter of the payee's bank to make an inquiry. This method is applicable to the case that the money has arrived at the Bank of China, and no inquiry fee is charged for this inquiry.
