What if it's towed away?

The handling method of being dragged is as follows:

1. First, check whether there is a trailer message on the mobile phone. When a general vehicle is towed away, the traffic police department will send trailer information to the owner. The contents of the message include the illegal information of vehicles, the parking location of vehicles, and the location of the traffic police team dealing with violations;

2. After receiving the information, you can bring your vehicle driver's license, driving license and your ID card to the traffic police brigade to deal with violations;

3. Copy the driving license, driver's license and ID card and hand them over to the staff of the traffic police team. Then the staff will give you a ticket and a vehicle return form, pay the fine, and then pick up the car at the parking spot.

Legal basis: Article 89 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China

Pedestrians, passengers and non-motor vehicle drivers who violate the provisions of laws and regulations on road traffic safety shall be given a warning or fined from five yuan to fifty yuan; If a non-motor vehicle driver refuses to accept the fine, he may detain his non-motor vehicle.

Article 90

Motor vehicle drivers who violate the provisions of laws and regulations on road traffic safety shall be given a warning or fined from 20 yuan to 200 yuan. If there are other provisions in this law, it shall be punished in accordance with its provisions.

Under what circumstances will the car be towed away?

1, illegally parking on the road, seriously obstructing traffic, the driver is not at the scene or refuses to remove the vehicle;

2. It is impossible to drive because of the fault and cannot be repaired immediately, and it is impossible to move the motor vehicle to a place that does not hinder traffic;

3. If it is impossible to drive due to a traffic accident or it is necessary to carry out accident inspection and identification, in any of the above three cases, the traffic control department may assign a wrecker to tow the vehicle to a designated place that does not hinder traffic.
