Why does ABC's bank card always deduct money inexplicably?

If you open the SMS notification service of our bank, the SMS notification fee is:

1. Private:

Debit card: no higher than 4 yuan/account/mobile phone/month or no higher than 0.2 yuan/article;

Credit card: 3 yuan/account/month, except for special card types.

2. Enterprise: not higher than 60 yuan/account/mobile phone/month.
