How to apply for a network car license?

1. If it belongs to a branch, it shall also submit its business license, and the foreign-invested enterprise shall also provide its approval certificate; (four) the office space, responsible personnel and management personnel of the service place; (5) Proof materials of Internet platform and information and data interaction and processing ability, proof materials of information conditions for inquiring related network data obtained by relevant regulatory departments such as transportation, communication, public security, taxation and network information according to law, description of database access, description of server setting in Chinese mainland, and proof materials of establishing and implementing network security management system and security protection technical measures according to law; (six) the use of electronic payment, payment and settlement service agreements signed with banks and non-bank payment institutions shall be provided; (seven) the text of the management system, safety production management system and service quality assurance system; (eight) other materials required by laws and regulations.

2. Acceptance: if the materials are complete and conform to the statutory form, a notice of acceptance shall be issued; if they do not meet the requirements, a notice of rejection shall be issued;

3. At the time of examination and approval, if the application meets the statutory conditions and standards, a decision shall be made to grant the license; if the application does not meet the statutory conditions and standards, a decision shall be made not to grant the license; The municipal transportation department will conduct on-the-spot verification of the applicant's relevant conditions and the authenticity of the application materials in accordance with the regulations, make a decision on transportation administrative license according to law after examination, and issue an online taxi business license in accordance with the regulations, with a time limit of 19 working days.

4. After completion, if an administrative license is granted, a written decision on granting the administrative license shall be made. Applicants can go to the window of the Transportation Bureau of the Municipal Affairs Service Center to receive the "Network Appointment Taxi Business License" or mail it.
