Individual flexible employment insured:

According to the requirements of the Notice on Defining the Payment Base and Payment Rate of Social Insurance for Some Types of Insurance in 2022 (No.67 [2022] of Ukrainian People's Social Welfare Department), the relevant matters concerning the payment base and payment rate of social insurance in 2022 are hereby notified as follows:

First, the social insurance payment base

1 and 202 1 year, the average wage of employees in urban units in the whole region is 85066 yuan, and the average monthly wage is 7089 yuan.

2. In 2022, individual industrial and commercial households and flexible employees who participate in the basic old-age insurance for enterprise employees in their personal capacity will have a lower payment base of 4,253 yuan/month and an upper payment base of 2 1.267 yuan/month. Individual flexible employees who participate in endowment insurance can choose their own payment base standard between 4253 yuan and 2 1.267 yuan.

3. According to the notification requirements, in July 2022, our city has started to use the new payment base. The monthly payment of flexible employees participating in endowment insurance is calculated at 20% of the selected payment base standard in 2022, and the monthly payment is between RMB and RMB. The formula for calculating the difference between the monthly payment and the payable base from June to June 2022 is as follows:

Monthly payment 12022 = selected payment base ×20%

Balance to be repaid in June-June, 22022 = (monthly payment in 2022-original monthly payment) ×6 months.

4. Before July 2022, if the monthly payment base is less than 4,253 yuan, the payment base will be determined according to 4,253 yuan, and if it is higher than 2 1.267 yuan, the payment base will be determined according to the upper limit of 2 1.267 yuan. Individual flexible employees whose monthly payment base is between 4,253 yuan and 2 1267 yuan and have not chosen to change their payment base before August 2022 will not participate in the difference payment from June to June 2022.

Two, the social insurance payment base difference accounting schedule

1. Urumqi social insurance center will set up a monthly payment account according to the new payment standard on June 19, 2022, which will be withheld and remitted by the tax authorities.

2. Due to the opening of the new payment base, there will be a difference in payment base from June to June 2022. Urumqi Social Insurance Center will establish accounts for the difference in payment base in batches, and the tax department will deduct the difference in August 2022.

Please inform each other of the majority of flexible employment insured persons, and deposit the social insurance premium in full before the deduction date to ensure the successful deduction and normal enjoyment of treatment.

Payment standard of endowment insurance for individual flexible employees in 2022

Remarks:

1. Individual flexible employees who need to change the payment standard this year can refer to the payment standard of 4,253 yuan to 2 1267 yuan in the above table, and deposit the payable amount of the current month and the overdue amount of 1-6 months into the declared bank card account.
