Second, please ask all new truck drivers from other places in our province to cooperate with the completion of temperature measurement, inspection of boarding codes and health codes at inspection points such as highway exits and workplaces in our region, obey the command of on-site staff, and carry out related work in an orderly manner. Those with abnormal health codes at the scene should cooperate with the implementation of corresponding investigation and control measures, and those with abnormal symptoms should cooperate with medical institutions to carry out diagnosis and treatment.

Third, if all new truck drivers from other places in the province have discomfort symptoms such as fever, cough and runny nose during the Xinhui period, they should immediately go to the fever clinic of a nearby medical institution, take the initiative to inform them of their residence history, and report to the workplace at the same time. The workplace should report to the community in time.

Four, new truck drivers outside the province can be equipped with nucleic acid detection points or community nucleic acid detection points in the workplace for free with the bus code.

5. Drivers of new trucks outside the province whose trip code is marked with an asterisk should strictly implement the notice issued by our district to implement the hygiene management requirements. During the stay at home, if there is a new allocation, you can put forward an interruption to the work unit, and the work unit will immediately report to the community, and the community will guide the new allocation under the guidance of the disease control department.

6. In order to ensure the smooth supply chain, new truck drivers from other places whose trip code is marked with an asterisk will be brought into the closed loop by the local community, and each person will get a certain living allowance for each trip, which will be paid by the local community at the end of the trip. The specific termination time will be notified separately.

Closed loop is not equal to isolation. Closed-loop management is an important measure to ensure that truck drivers with asterisk driving cards can continue to carry out cargo transportation business on the premise of ensuring their health. It will be divided into four situations.

I didn't have a place to live in Xinhui, so I left the new one on the same day. This part of the drivers will unload the goods and leave Xinhui on the same day after delivery. Report to the community at work and guide them to the intersection of Lixin Expressway.

I don't have a place to live in Xinhui, and I won't leave Xinhui that day. Under the guidance of the community, these drivers live in designated hotels or temporarily stay in cars. When there is a transportation task, the workplace will report to the community, and the community will guide them to the intersection of Lixin Expressway under the guidance of the disease control department.

There is a residence in Xinhui, and there are new needs. After being sent to Xinhui, these drivers can stay at home and obey community management. During this period, if there is a new delivery task, the workplace will report to the community, and the community will guide them to the Lixin Expressway intersection under the guidance of the disease control department.

Being in Xinhui, I haven't left the new demand for the time being. These drivers live at home if they have accommodation, and at designated hotels if they have no accommodation. In health management, they should follow the notice issued by our district.
