What should I do if Apple's 5S SMS can't be opened?

Check what caused it and solve it as follows:

1. Mobile data function is not enabled: MMS can only be sent and received when there is a network. Note that the network here is not a wireless network, but a data network. If the wireless network is turned on, just turn off the wireless network, then turn on the network connection and click Send.
