In some cases, if the communication method is inappropriate or the transcript content is defective, you may be suspected of certain criminal offenses or administrative violations and be subject to criminal/administrative detention. A more typical situation is online gambling, where there is the possibility of administrative detention according to law. Gambling is illegal and gambling funds may be withheld, fines may be withheld, and administrative detention may not exceed 15 days.
