Is there any software that can stop mobile phones from sending text messages?

(1) The mainstream mobile phone security software in China has the function of "rights management", which can prohibit the right to send information for specific software. For example: 360 geek version, Tencent mobile phone housekeeper and so on.

It should be reminded that some softwares, such as Alipay, need to automatically send verification messages when they are bound to verify their mobile phones. If it is prohibited, the mobile phone cannot be successfully bound to verify the mobile phone. Therefore, don't demonize the authority of software to automatically send short messages to the outside world.
