Why doesn't Huawei mate40 vibrate?

Solution:

Please slide down from the top of the phone, bring up the menu bar, and manually click the ringtone icon to switch to vibration mode (as shown below) to feel whether there is vibration.

1. If there is vibration, there is nothing wrong with the mobile phone motor, which may be caused by not switching to vibration mode. Just set the phone to vibration mode.

2. If there is no vibration, it is recommended that you back up important data in advance (third-party applications such as QQ and WeChat need to be backed up separately) and bring the purchase voucher to the nearby Huawei customer service center for testing.
