Pinduoduo: I want to return it. What should I do if I find that the goods have been delivered?

Pinduoduo wanted to return the goods, and found that it had already been delivered. How to deal with:

1, first open the Pinduoduo, and then find the personal center as shown in the figure below:

2. Find all orders in the personal center, as shown in the figure below:

3. Find the order you want to return in the order, and click Apply for a refund, as shown in the figure below:

4. Select the refund classification. The difference lies in receiving goods and confiscating them. If the goods are confiscated, you should negotiate with the merchant first. If the goods are received, you should send them back to the merchant, as shown below:

5. Finally submit the reason for the return, as shown in the figure below:
