How to activate the SMS service for notification of account changes with China Merchants Bank Deposit Card;

1. Counter: Bring the all-in-one card/passbook required to activate this service, and go to our bank's business outlets with the withdrawal password Opening, maintenance or cancellation can be done on your behalf (Note: If the account does not have a reserved mobile phone number or the mobile phone number needs to be updated, you need to hold a valid account opening certificate to handle it);

2. Telephone voice: call our bank For the customer service hotline, select "1" automatic voice service (enter account number, query password) - select "7" account change SMS notification settings - select "2" account change notification activation;

3. Visual counter: You can activate, modify and close the SMS account change notification service and email notification service of the All-in-One Card. Please provide the card you need to apply for and the withdrawal password.

4. Mobile banking: After logging in to mobile banking, click on the "My" channel - bank card (below the avatar) - select card - more functions - CMB SMS service; or directly search for "SMS" on the homepage , click "China Merchants Bank SMS Service" and follow the prompts.
